Spooky Suncatchers n' Suds 👻🍺

  • Golden Road Glendale, CA 91204 United States (map)

BOOK YOUR SEAT • $125

Join us on October 15th from 6–9 PM for a hands-on Spooky Suncatcher Class, where you’ll create your very own stained glass suncatcher from one of five spooky designs.

Choose your favorite style, learn the process, and leave with a handmade piece of spooky season decor ready to hang in your window all October long. Or hell, if you’re like me, all year long. Halloween isn’t a season, it’s a lifestyle. 🎃

No prior stained glass experience is required. Just come ready to make something cool, grab a drink, maybe a lil nosh, too, and spend the evening getting crafty with a little Halloween chaos mixed in.

SAFETY FIRST, SPOOKY SECOND 🧪🔥

Stained glass is incredibly fun, but we’ll also be working with glass, chemicals, hot tools, and soldering equipment, so please come dressed accordingly:

• Closed-toe shoes are required. No sandals or open-toed shoes.
• Wear clothing you don’t mind potentially getting flux, patina, solder residue, or other chemicals on. This is not the night for your emotional-support white shirt.
• Long hair must be tied back while working.
• Avoid loose sleeves, dangling jewelry, or anything else that could interfere with tools or your workspace.
• Safety glasses must be worn when instructed and will be provided. You may wear your own Rx glasses if youd like.
• Food and drinks must remain away from active glassworking and soldering areas.
• Please wash your hands thoroughly after working with solder, flux, patina, or other stained glass materials and before eating or drinking.
• Children under 14 are not permitted to participate.
• Participants ages 14–17 must be accompanied by an adult.
• If you are pregnant, nursing, have respiratory sensitivities, or have any medical concerns related to soldering fumes, metals, or chemicals, please consult your healthcare provider before participating.

LEAD-FREE OPTION

Our standard class materials may include traditional stained glass solder containing lead.

If you prefer lead-free solder, please TELL US IN ADVANCE when booking so we can prepare the proper materials for your project. There is an additional $15 charge for the lead-free solder option.

For everyone’s safety, participants must follow instructor directions and all class safety procedures while using glass, soldering irons, chemicals, and other tools.

Come make something spooky. Leave with all ten fingers. Everybody wins. 🎃
