The problem?

You have a picture in your head and absolutely no fohking clue how to turn it into a stained glass pattern.

That’s where I come in.

I offer custom stained glass pattern creation for glass makers who already know how to build stained glass, but need help translating an idea, sketch, photo, reference, or mildly unhinged concept into an actual usable pattern.

You bring me the idea. I figure out how the hell we’re going to make it out of glass.

What I’ll Create

Your finished pattern can include:

  • Clean stained glass linework

  • Buildable glass pieces

  • Numbered pattern pieces

  • A reference image

  • Recommended break lines where needed

  • Structural adjustments to make the design realistically buildable in glass

  • Pattern sizing based on your requested finished dimensions

  • Additional notes when something in the design requires special consideration

Because I am also a stained glass artist, I am not just tracing your idea.

I’m looking at it as someone who actually has real world stained glass experience and knows how to cut the damn thing.

That means I may suggest changes to:

  • Impossible cuts

  • Tiny glass pieces

  • Weak structural areas

  • Weird interior cuts

  • Break lines

  • Hinge points

  • Sections likely to crack

  • Places where your beautiful idea is attempting to personally victimize you

Important: This Is a Pattern Service, Not a Stained Glass Class

These patterns are designed for artists who already understand stained glass construction.

Patterns do not include step-by-step stained glass instructions unless specifically agreed upon as part of the project.

You should already be comfortable with things like:

  • Pattern preparation (printing it, sizing it, pulling it into a Cricut or similar machine etc…)

  • Cutting glass

  • Grinding

  • Foiling or came construction

  • Soldering

  • Basic structural considerations
