✨ The Fine Print (Because Glass Is Glass, Babe)

🛠️ Made to Order, Just for You!

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS A MADE-TO-ORDER ITEM.

The photographs shown are examples of previously completed pieces. Your purchase is for a brand-new piece, handcrafted specifically for your order.

Because each piece is individually assembled and finished by hand, minor variations in appearance, solder lines, and finishing details may occur.

These aren't defects. They're part of what makes handmade artwork handmade.

⏳ Production & Turnaround Time

Estimated production time: 7–10 business days.

Your bevel will be handcrafted after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production before shipping.

This timeframe does not include shipping transit time.

Production timelines may occasionally vary depending on order volume or material availability. Any significant delays will be communicated.

Because these items are made specifically for you, please double-check your order details before purchasing.

🔮 Glass Has a Personality of Its Own

Glass can look different depending on the lighting, background, and viewing angle.

Natural sunlight, artificial lighting, and even your computer or phone screen can affect how the finished piece appears.

Beveled glass is especially dramatic because its angled edges refract and reflect light.

Your finished piece may look slightly different from the listing photographs.

That's not a defect. That's glass doing its fancy little glass thing.

📦 Shipping: Please Don't Yeet the Glass

Your artwork will be carefully packaged to help protect it during shipping.

Unfortunately, shipping carriers occasionally behave as though they're training for the Olympic shot put.

If your bevel arrives damaged, please contact Rainjarden Does as soon as possible, preferably within 24 hours of delivery, and provide photographs of the damaged artwork, original packaging, and shipping label.

Please retain all packaging materials.

If a return is necessary, I'll provide a prepaid return shipping label and repair shipping-related damage at no additional cost.

If the item cannot reasonably be repaired, an appropriate replacement or refund will be arranged.

You will not be responsible for the cost of returning an item damaged during its original shipment.

🖤 All Sales Final

Because each bevel is made specifically for your order, all sales are final for change-of-mind purchases.

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations for buyer's remorse are not accepted, except as provided in our policies or required by applicable law.

This does not affect your rights if your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered.

For full details, please review our All Sales Final & Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy in the FAQ section of our website.
